This is the only app I have found that can keep all my Google (I live in Gmail) and Apple devices in sync. Simple, and does the job! Highly recommended!

I bought this app, and left it to do a 2-way sync. My phone started to show duplicated entries all over the place. Alas, I was out of town while the sync ran, so I couldn’t get to my Mac to turn it off. On my iPhone I found 28 copies of each contact that was in Google. Once I got home and turned this software off, my Mac contacts had 28,000 duplicated records. Icloud, Facebook and LinkedIn contacts seem to be OK, but Google has thousands of dupes I now have to figure out how to get rid of.
I paid for the full access but it just goes throught the motion of changing things. Nothing actually changed at the end. I want an refund.
worked fine for me
Everyone wants things for free.. $3.99 is what you spend on a sandwich. This program is great. Makes life easy and does what it says!
It does exactly what it says it will do. I haven’t had any problem with it. However I have a personal Google account as well as a Google Apps account for work. I would like to be able to sync contacts for both accounts simultaneously rather than having to sign-out of one and sign-in to the other. Otherwise this is a great app!
Well thought out and comprehensive app for syncing macs and iPhones with Google contacts. It is especially valuable if you use Gmail groups. iCloud doesn’t handle this well.
Purchased the full version of this app in January 2015 and used it to synch about a thousand contacts. Today, I downloaded the Previoulsy paid for) app to my new iPhone, logged in to my Google account and started to synch my contacts. Lo and behold a notice popped up saying I could only synch 40 contacts and did I want to buy the full version of the program. Lovely, eh? Unfortunately, I deleted all of my contacts out of iCloud before starting a one way synch from my Google account since I didn’t want to risk the possibility of a two way synch screwing up my Google contacts database. Now I have no contacts on my iPhone unless I buy the program again or Support responds to email to tell me how they can fix this? I feel like I am being defrauded….
This app makes my life infinitely easier. Thank you!
This is a rock-solid little app with great power - and it does exactly what it says it will. It even has useful litle warnings about what each setting in the settings pain actually means- they pop up when you chage a setting.Several times the cheange meant somethign other than what I thought it meant, meaning that the tips were *incredibly* useful for me. And since I use Daylte 5, which is a local CardDAV account, this is the only tool I have found that can actually accomplish the sync (and since I use GoogleVoice/Hangouts for all SMS, MMS, and phone calls on my iPhone, contact syncign was previously tedious job of deleting all contact on Google, exporting local contacts to a Vcard and then uploaiding it to google and refresh. Now we just need the developer to do the same thing for google calendars! :-)
FINALLY… I have a synchronous address book between gmail and contacts. Thank you. Fantastic app!
Made short work of reconciling my iCloud and Gmail address books. I still have two but now theyre exactly the same! Yay! The app worked easily and smoothly, and showed me exactly what it was going to do, giving me the option to manually not sync any that didnt look right. (Which were my fault, not the apps fault.) The user interface is a bit odd, not up to Apple guidelines. But dont let that put you off; despite the odd UI, the app is very easy, intuitive even, to use. (If the UI were more "natural", Id give it the full 5 stars.)
That is a service so much needed. It would be great though if there was a server that things could sync in the background without having to run the app on my phone or mac. (just an idea for future development)
I use Gmail (Google Apps) for my email and contacts. While I don’t necessarily *need* this app since I can sync my contacts on my iPhone, using it means that when I use Messages, the names of my contacts display - instead of just phone numbers. This app just works for me on my Mac Mini (OS X 10.10.5) and it syncs quickly.
By Sarge 595 Used this to sync my 2 gmail acts with my iCloud acct. worked great.
I wish I didn’t have to use this app - but I’m very glad that I have it and it works well. I use the Mac OS X and the iOS versions. I use apple products, Google apps and Gmail for critical communication, and Groups of contacts to manage different teams and projects. This is the only solution that I have found that maintains groups accurately across these two conflicting platforms. As a bonus, granular control over wiping/restoring contacts from cloud or devices and duplicate merging are helpful when things that should “just work” end up “just not” working and then you’re left with “just garbage” where your contacts used to be.
Don’t love using a non-cloud based app for this function, but it’s been the easiest way to sync my icloud and google contacts. Works quickly and unobtrusively. Ive added it as a startup item for my macbook.
Contacts Sync for Google Gmail is the best solution I’ve come across. I use the one-way sync — iCloud to Gmail — and I let the OS sync gmail contacts back down. The only problem I have is that it does not sync “company” contacts.
I was struggling trying to keep all my google contacts, icloud, iphone, contacts all in sync. I finally decided to look for help, fund this tool. Problem solved. What else can I say. It cleaned up my contact list as well. Overall great. Wish you could support more than one Goole contact list. Definitely worth it. Keep it up.
Does exactly what it promises. Eval version does fourty contacts and unlimited costs just a few dollars.
