Contacts Sync for Google Gmail App Reviews

I just start using this app and it looks like is a keeper. I like It. Is there any possibility of having some added functionality to remove/delete email addresses that bounced? Thanks JC

I am singing the highest praises for the way this app works and the team that put it together. I just found this app a couple of weeks ago and now that I have downloaded the new version and gotten my arms around this, I am very happy. The app is easy to set up and use and the customer service is among the best I have ever seen. I received PROMPT and accurate responses to my emailed questions. For years I have used ACT contact manager and now that I have retired I no longer need all of the ACT features but Google Contact manager has significant limitations and while I can sync from ACT to Google I could not sync from ACT to Apple. This application let’s me do just that and allows me to move my data from ACT to Apple. There are still some functions on ACT that I must use but that is not an issue with this app. Once I got the app set up the sync feature has run without any problems and all of my devices are always up to date and I don’t have to use Google Contacts which has limitations that Google has not chosen to change - as an example you can not sort or list by company.

I love this program. It allows me to keep my contacts sorted and orderly on my Mac in the manner that I strongly prefer and then push it to my Google account where I manage my email. It is consistent and stable. Recommended!

This solves the chronic problem I’ve had of my mac and iphone not communicating contacts. It’s enough of a problem for me that it’s worth the $10-12 price tag for this app and the mobile to work together. Obviously if you don’t have to worry about gmail, mac, and iphone all syncing, this app will only run you the $4 or whatever it is. If you need this problem solved, this is the app to do it. Totally worth it.

only lets you download and sync 40 contacts before you need to pay for upgrade. That information is minimized or hidden until the app is installed. Poor. Very poor. Dishonest. Now I wont buy your app on purpose.

Works exactly like it says. Had this app for a couple years and has always worked great keeping my contact lists in check. Good update support, as well. Definitely a must-have app.

Been pleased with Contacts Sync. It works exaclty as advertised.

App is awesome works perfect!!! Now just make same type of app that syncs iCloud cal to Gmail cal.

Does what it claims to do. Allows configuration of manual sync, although I have found auto-sync works well. Given the number of devices I have settled on not having any local contacts - just Google and iCloud - even that is overkill on my part.

….Using my iMac, iPhone, Macbook Pro, or iPad I enter contact information from Gmail and from Contacts (iCloud). I have “Contacts Sync” installed on my iMac. When a contact is entered on any device, in either Google Gmail or in Contacts (iCloud), it is available right away on all the other devices. I could have installed on any of the devices that I use frequently; the desktop was just a bit easier for me to see and work with. I did make one really stupid operator error about which I had a question. Customer support responded to my e-mail on a Sunday almost immediately and then took time to work through the issue with me. The customer support was also outstanding. This software is a bargin and one that I have found to work efficiently and effectively every time. It is easy to install and to use.
