Needs better instructions, but works great!

I had a hard time figuring out how to do the initial sync. But now it works great! I very often send emails to groups, so it makes my life a lot easier.
Since all my contacts were updated on Gmail, I had to delete all Contacts on my Mac, then proceed with a "Gmail to Mac" sync, "forcing update All Contacts", and "ignoring Gmail "other contacts"". Now all my Google contact pictures show on emails I receive from my contacts. Very useful, especially since I much prefer Picasas people recognition integration with Googles contact.
