Contacts Sync for Google Gmail App Reviews

Downloaded the app and ran it to simply sync all Gmail contacts with Address Book. Chose this app because having contacts in default Address Book database means I can sync all my contacts into Daylite as well (other apps add Gmail groups to address book, or secodary address book for only Gmail contacts). Works well as advertised and no problems. Simple. Managing duplicates and mergers still requires some manual attention, usually in Gmail.

Simply to use yet very effective tool to help the user in his or her quest to keep Google/Mac contacts nice and tidy.

This app saves me so much time. Youve done a great job at creating an app for those of us who need to set things up quickly and then not worry about them again. I also like the versatility you have developed in letting me choose between automation, directions, and elements to be synched. It really helps me keep my phone filled with what I need, while my desktop can either match it or carry on with the extra information that only needs to live on the mac. Well done.

this is the Worst app i have ever had!!! it only syncs like a small fraction of my contacts..and they are all duplicates!!! dont waste your time or money on this,,, wish i can have my money back!

So far this has been working great! I’m still setting some contact features up, but everything has synced well so far...

I didn’t realize that I had a mess with syncing between iOS devices/ mac contacts(multiple machines) / Gmail/ iCloud….then I was confused as to why things were not syncing properly. Glad I found this app. I streamlined my system to keep Gmail as my main source of contacts with everything else. Read the documentation and watch the demo video if needed (see link in app menu bar).

Does exactly what I want it to do. I use my iCloud as the true source and this application keeps my Google contacts in synch whether I update in Google or on an iPad or my Mac.

After endless troubles with the Mac contacts app no syncing I switched to this and it works perfectly!

This was a great app until you stole it. I purchased the app in an earlier version. Now with the automatic update in the Mac App store you have effectively stolen back all usable functionality. I will no longer be using this app. This is unethical behaviour.

I have been using this to sync all my contacts from my phone to my computer. Easier email search and send and it works both ways.

Took some digging to get everything working right, but once I did, it works great.

You can tell a developper is devoted to their work when they continue to produce updates. This is an app that I feel I can trust to sync my contacts the way that I want them sync’d. I’ve been using this app for a couple years now, and it has never let me down.

If you use a google phone and have mac computers something like this is a must. Especially important and easier if you get this right at the beginning it will make your life easier. The version I use is on my Macbook and just keeps everything in sync. Major pain if you don’t have something like this. Keeps all my ipads and macs in sync with the google phone.

It does what is says on the box and does it well. Made my life a LOT easier!

This app is superb. By which I mean it just works. Flawlessly. Don’t waste hours hunting around on the net for complex fixes and solutions that may or may not work. Just fork out the $4 and enjoy unlimited 2-way sync of all your contacts. The download and import took less than 3 minutes and 1,000 contacts from my Mac OS X are now sitting happily in my gMail account; all accessible and working perfectly. Go figure! Very happy with this.

When you use the application, access all your contact data from gmail. Then i tried sync. contacts, asked me to pay… Not a freeware.
